Slow Haven is reserved entirely for you and your guests during your visit. Move between the soaking bath, sauna, showers, Tea Lounge, and Moon Room at your own pace.

Before you arrive.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the reservation, and missed appointments are non-refundable.
What should I bring to my appointment?
You don’t need much. We provide robes, slippers, towels, shower products, soaking salts, and Matcha Sugar Scrub. Bring any personal skincare, hair ties, or other items that will help you feel comfortable.
Where are you located, and is parking available?
Slow Haven is in North Portland and street parking is available out front.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Yes. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome in the Tea Lounge and Moon Room. Please keep food out of the bath, sauna, and showers.
Can I add treatments or extras to my visit?
Yes. Add-ons such as tea service, charcuterie, fruit, face masks, and select treatments can be added depending on availability.
