Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policy shown at the time of booking. If you book Slow Haven through a third-party platform, that platform’s cancellation and refund policy applies to your reservation.

Arrival + Departure

Please arrive at the time listed in your reservation. Your booking includes the time period you selected, and guests are expected to leave the space by the scheduled end of the reservation so we have time to prepare for the next visit.

Use of Space + Liability

Guests are responsible for treating the space, furnishings + amenities with care and for any damage caused during their visit. Slow Haven is not responsible for lost, stolen or unattended personal belongings.
